JD report on progress

Today was the last day of fabrication.  Some finish welding,fire it up and tear down! Parts off to finish this week. Can't say enough Thank You to Jim for all his effort and talent helping make a 7 year plan become a reality for Me  Will put this bike on the ground and start Kicking !!

Did make a change in plans on Tank
Scott came over with a Throttle Addiction Narrowed Wassell

Clutch cable and brake cable in place

Shift linkage complete

Liking the pipes Should be LOUD
But wont blow dust up! Maybe some blue fire at night

JD progress and Fab

Disc on the Right

Sprotor on the left



Motor trans and Primary aligned

Rear wheel centered and length of final drive chain next

Once rear wheel was set for calipers to clear we lost fender clearance on tubing across frame
Solution CHOP it out and plate,this made for all sorts of ways to mount oil bag and fender tabs
Notice remote master cylinder mounted to tranny and plate  Dual port for the TWICE brakes!

JD Frame Progress

Finding points for motor mounts to attach


Tubing slugged and fitted


Getting this all in line was a chore


After alignment ready for tack welds


Motor mount tabs set in place , All pieces aligned. Now to hold in place for final welding
